Metal Works – Structural Works

• Plating from 6mm (th) to 8mm (th),
• Plating from 10mm (th) to 16mm (th),
• Plating from 20mm (th) to 25mm (th),
• Plating up to 60mm (th)
• Pipe type bulwark and crash rail, renewals across bulkheads and decks, frame
  renewal

Welding of Lifting Lugs

• Welding of pad eye – Material grade being commercial grade, EH36 or equivalent
• Renewal of owner supplied chains and shackles
• Renewal of fender bracket
• Removal and replacement of D-Fender on side hull (up to 300mm wide)

Handrails and Ladders

• Renewal of handrails with yard supplied material
• Hand rail pipe ND40 (ND1 1/5”) SCH40 renewal
• Knee rail bar 16mm renewal
• Stanchion 60 x 16mm (th) x 1m long replacement
• Renewal of vertical ladder
• Renew back scratcher
