NAMDOCK (Namibia Drydock and Ship Repair) invites applications for the position of 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗖𝗢𝗢). This is a strategic executive leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for translating business strategy into operational excellence and measurable results across all divisions.

The COO will lead organisational transformation, drive innovation and sustainability, and ensure the company delivers world-class ship repair and marine engineering services safely, efficiently, and in line with international standards.
