It includes, but is not limited to: the fabrication and assembly of parts, working from drawings, sketches and verbal instruction – undertaking, where appropriate, maintenance of equipment, Liaising with suppliers and contractors on servicing and repair.

Our scope of services and what we offer includes – but is not limited to:

Windlass

• Removal of guards and bearing caps, rig off shaft, transport to workshops, dismantle, clean, inspect and report. Reassemble and refitting on board.

Brake Bands

• Removal of brake bands, relining and refitting n place.

Pumps

Centrifugal Pumps (Horizontal/Vertical)

• Open pump casing (in-situ), check and replace mechanical seal, general inspection, report and close.
• Disconnect pump, rig out and remove to workshop, dismantle pump, clean and inspect, reassemble and refit pump in same position.

Gear pumps

• Disconnect pump, rig out and remove to workshop, dismantle pump, clean and inspect, reassemble and refit pump in same position.

Screw pumps

• Disconnect pump, rig out and remove to workshop, dismantle pump, clean and inspect, reassemble and refit pump in same position.
